1979 1/2 Ranchero Limited Edition $16,500

Rare truck, last model of the Ranchero, introduced in late 79. Came factory loaded with all the options plus Thunderbird leather interior. Limited Edition Package added $2948.00 to the cost of Ranchero for 79 1/5 with the Magnum 500 wheels Ford built 2195 Special Editions in 79 1/2 in four exterior colors Only 87 were painted black. All had dark red leather Thunderbird interior. You can spot a limited edition by the interior trim code SD. Only special editions used the SD red leather interior trim code.See dealer list below for factory option package. Making this 1 of 87 units.. Comes with Marti report and clear title. Finishing ground up restoraration. During the restoration we added a few factory correct options

Handling/towing package with Saginaw quick ratio steering gear box and rear anti sway bar. Fender mounted cornering lamps and factory am/fm 8 track stereo. Delay wiper system. 6 way power Bucket seats and console.

Detailed undercarraige. Detailed 351W/fmx trans. Thousands of dollars and many man hours make this a stunning example of the most expensive ranchero Ford produced. Car has been complety disassembled and restored from the frame up. New parts include

ENGINE: Rebuilt Carb, new hoses, gaskets and seals. New spark plugs, rebuilt distributor and wiring. new exhaust with original catylitic converters, New filter and fluid in trans.

BODY:Car was stripped to bare metal and epoxy primered. Finished in Urethane enamel with clear coat. All original sheetmetal with 1 fender replaced. No rust. Very little filler. Rebuilt door hinges. New power window motors. New weatherstrips. Detailed and polished aluminum trim. All lamps replaced

INTERIOR: New headliner, carpet, dashpad, detailed dash and door trim panels. All gauges serviced and bulbs replaced. Heater/AC systems serviced

69 Torino Cobra fastback w/ engine
